Refund policy
All sales are final. Pictures and video will be sent to each customer showing condition of product when packaged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if package appears to have damage. Before opening please take pictures and video so that if there is physical damage to the product we can submit a claim with the shipper. If product was damaged in transit you will need to submit pictures of the box it was delivered in and pictures of the damage to the product. Pictures can be sent to mahalodesignstudio.cs@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or give-a-ways.
Refunds
If there is a case where a refund is needed due to damage in shipping, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
